Reviewer Background

Overall Rating

This is a cardiod condenser that in my experience works best on female vox and bass cabs. Its very detailed in the 2.5 to 5k area so can sound a little harsh or thin on things like sax or male vocals that have a lower resonant peak, for husky male voices or most female vocals it would be my first choice of mic.
