25 key, semi-weighted bus powered MIDI controller. Durable plastic construction with blue backlit display. Very impressed with overall construction. Previously used a low end M-Audio controller that was not as well constructed. Fits in laptop case and goes everywhere.

8 assignable velocity sensitive pads, 8 enless rotary encoders, transport controls, with pitch bend and mod wheels. Very happy with all controlls, easy to assign from either the panel or the downloadable M-Audio Enigma Editor. Everybody wants more controls, 4 more knobs would have been great, but the control layout is logical.

Found the Enigma software useful, until I learned to do everything from the panel. -4 to +5 octaves, transpose, 3 zones.

I would definitely recommend this product, and if it was lost or stolen I would probably buy another one, just to have a portable controller that did everything I needed it to do. I use this one for bass parts and sample triggers and have it mounted above my primary synth.
