These are passive speakers so will need amp, they are 4 ohm, they can handle 100 watts each! Cellulose woofer not sure about tweeter.. Frequency response is 60hz-20khz, crossover is 5k..

They have overload protection on the tweeters..
You really don't need anything else for this! So 10 out of ten!!

These speakers sound really really nice.. They sound like studio monitors not cheap PC speakers!!! They have a subtle high end and nice strong mids.. you may want more clarity in the high end but i like to mix with a low high end so it comes out bright... I would use these as studio monitors if I had a small budget! They lack real low bass as they only go down to 60hz but if thats a problem then buy a small cheap sub to add that extra oohmff!! I would say you could still mix succesfully on these without a sub.. A lot of Tannoy's only go down to 60 and they are big expensive speakers! They are not genelec's that why they get an 8 but with the price taken into consideration 10/10

They are a very simple design which I like be cause I only want them to play sounds and sound good what else should a passive speaker do?? They come with wall mounts which I haven't used but a nice feature I think I will use one day! The over load feature for the tweeters is a nice touch but why the tweeters? In my experience its the bass cone's that go first! Hard to fault the feature's I wasn't expecting any at this price..
I give a 9 because of over load only on the tweeter, and they don't have any features but wouldn't want them...

These speakers have performed very well I am very surprised actually but all my Behringer products have impressed me! I will recommend to anyone that needs a nice cheap set up! I wish they made an active version!!
