mainly posting this to warn people about M-Audio.
just called them and after waiting 40 MINUTES to get through to their tech support, 12pm in the afternoon, and saying i was not impressed with that long of a wait time, i was told wait times are usually an hour and a half. unbelievable.
i'm going to contact tech support for potential products now, prior to purchasing them. just to see how they service their customers.
call moog, theres no menu, you talk to a real person right away.
m audio should consider hiring more people.
my subwoofer partially died recently, after about 4 years of use on and off.
the left channel will stop working for no apparent reason.
these are also discontinued, so you'd have to pay shipping there, back, and service work if you want them to look at it.
pretty expensive for a 36 lb speaker.
sucks.
