AMG Coldcut Kleptomania! Wav

-been making music for 10 years or so
-trip-hop & hip-hop, but also everything else (punk, post rock, etc.)
-i use cakewalk sonar 3.0 and acid pro 4.0
-i've been using Kleptomania for about a year
-yamaha NS10m monitors

Kleptomania! is worth the price tag, I think. Lots of weird-ass sounds. Coldcut is known for their weird breakbeat and downtempo stuff. Some of the beats are useless to me, but a lot of them are very useful. The disc also has lots of weird vocal samples and stabs, turntable scratching, sound effecs.... I can't really describe it.. very cool stuff. Weird! Lots of ambient pads, noise... I read a while ago that Sound on Sound magazine rated this disc in their "desert island sample CDs"... not a bad thing to say, though I may have to disagree. I think anything by e-lab would be my desert island sample CD collection. :) Still, you get a lot of cool, weird stuff with Kleptomania.
