I first bought the "Alt and Modern Rock Drum Grooves," along with the "Drum Werks Volume IV" from the Beta Monkey guys. I was immediately blown away by the grooves. The drummer is pretty tight - so there's not too much editing I have to do. I just import a loop into Recycle, dial up my tempo, and its done. There are tons of loops to choose from in all categories plus extra single hits from each session. The drums are recorded mostly dry with a little bit of the room - so you can add your own effects. I have already used these loops on many tracks and the results are incredible. As soon as I heard of the new release "Classic Backbeats Plus," I ordered both CD's in the series. These guys rock! I don't remember exactly how much I paid for the CD's, however it was a drop in the bucket when compared to other drum loop CD's in the market. I would definitely recommend checking out their website and auditioning their sounds.
