This library was definitely worth the price tag! Hard to find REALLY slow processed drum loops for trip-hop and underground hip-hop. This disc has them. A LOT of them.
The only problem with Soundscan series discs, though... is, although the discs are "wav-ready", they are not "loop-ready". The samples are organized into folders, and organized very well, but you have to open up your editor (I use Sound Forge 6), to edit them so the loop points are perfect. This is a big hassle, especially when you just want to get down to making songs. All of Soundscan's libraries are like this, but if you don't mind putting in the extra work for great loops, then there shouldn't be a problem. The price is right, and they have a great variety of loops... stuff you can't find elsewhere, especially for $40.
I give this disc a 10 because of the unique, diverse, and SLOWWWWW beats. ("SLOWWW" means "AWESOME."). Just fire up that .wav editor.
