Steinberg The Grand 2 Hybrid

Mac G5 System, Logic Pro, Mach V,

Worthless junk. The software wont run. The Steinberg customer service department doesn't seem to even exist and they can't help at all when I finally get through to them. I've been trying to get help for months. They stopped helping entirely. Bad company, won't use them ever again. If they decide to do the right thing and help, I'll document the experience. If not, you will not see this corrected. Buyer beware.

? Sampler: Mach V, Logic Pro 7's built-in
? How long working with The Grand 2? No time at all. The thing WON'T LAUNCH.
? Equipment: Event 20/20 Monitors, Sony studio headphones

Incompatible software, no customer service available (?)
--The software isn't compatible with latest OSX, even though they say it is.
--No help in the manuals, on the website, or on the phone (which is constantly having a busy signal)
--I've tried emailing Steinberg about the problem which is Error: #1 Plug in not found
--All iinstallations went fine, I'm using the latest version, licensing went through fine... but product will not start and I can't get a hold of anyone.
I will post a functioning review when they actually help me. But until then... all I can say is that it isn't running in the last OSX. Other plug-ins and apps are fine on my system. Just this one isn't working.
