Reviewer Background :
Been a musician for 25 years, I'm a guitarist and studio programmer producer type of bod. I use A mac running Cubase SL with Live and an Akai z4, through a Mackie 1642 into some Fostex PM monitors.

Overall Rating : 3
Not really worth it, lots of variety but very little that is actually usable. Didn't compare it to anything else, new sampler syndrome back then. It definately isn't funky, I'd be generous if I said it was in time either. Hard to find anything that will actually work in the real world. If you spend A LOT of time recycling and stretching and chopping you might get something out of it, but on balance it would more time efficient to get a job at Burger King and pay a real bass player with the proceeds.
