It was worth for what I paid for, but I wouldn't pay anymore than what I paid for.
I picked this library along with another hiphop sample CD. This CD has sounds that pertain more to underground hiphop. Sounds are similar to old Wu Tang. Thus for that reason, I like it.
My favorite sounds are the sound effects. I also like the "wu tangish" horns. There are some other good sounds also, but personally I did not really like the drums for some reason. They were not bad, but I usally like phat drums and the drums on this CD were more RAW. Also some of the samples were really long and distinct, so it would be hard to use them more generically. What I mean is, if you use some of these samples in your music straight up, it wouldn't be too hard to figure out that you got it from this CD if one were to listen to these CD prior. You would have to flip them or something. For the most part, all the sounds are usable but I personally wouldn't use them all.
The CD has a large variety of sounds from horns, skratches, jazz samples, drums, drum loops, sound effects, guitars, and etc.
